Aimsecu.com Return Policy

Returns and refunds are classified by the following categories:

(I) Item Not Received

(II)Invalid Tracking Number

(III)Item Not As Described

The following conditions apply for all return and refund requests.

Return & Refund Requests:

You can request a Return&Refundswithin the following time frames based on the shipping method that was used

1, 5-90 days if your package was shipped via UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS.

2, 7-90 days if your package was shipped via EMS, E-packet or E-quick.

3, 10-90 days if your package was shipped via regular post such as China Post, Hong Kong Post, etc

The AimSecu after-sales service department will provide a solution to the buyers case within 10 business days of the date.

If an order has been completed and payment has been released to the AimSecu, the customer can still contact an after-sale dispute within 30 days from the payment released date.

Return Shipping Cost

If you return an item using a prepaid method (dropoff or pickup) from the Online Returns Center,and the reason for return is not a result of an AimSecu error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.If the return is the result of an AimSecu error, we'll refund return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.Return shipping fees will be communicated on the Returns Center when you are choosing the shipping method for your return.

I. ITEM NOT RECEIVED

SituationIn transit

If the item(s) is currently being delivered and shows as still on the way to the delivery address, it can be classified as Item not receivedin the following circumstances:

Delivery is delayed and there have not been any status updates from the shipping carrier for over 10 days.

Items are held at one location such as with the shipping carrier or sorting facility for over 10 days.  

You can request a Return & Refunds'only after the expiry of the AimSecus promised date of shipping your item(s). AimSecu after-sales service department will commence arbitration based on AimSecus promised date and the actual shipping status after a Return & Refund request is successfully made.

SituationItems detained by Customs

If a shipment is detained by a customs officer or is waiting to clear customs, and there are no updates on its up-mentioned status, the buyer may provide a scanned copy or photo of the customs letter confirming the delay.

If a shipment is detained by a customs officer or is waiting to clear customs, and there are no updates on its up-mentioned status, the buyer may provide a scanned copy or photo of the customs letter confirming the delay.

A. Item shows returned

If an item is returned to the AimSecu, or is held at one location, AimSecu after-sales service department will commence arbitration based on the following circumstances:

i. Buyer provided the wrong shipping address

- AimSecu after-sales service department will retain the shipping cost after an official invoice has been provided, and the payment will be refunded to buyer.

ii. Fault lies with the AimSecu

- AimSecu after-sales service department will decide to give a full refund to buyer.


B. Item shows delivered

Including but not limited to tracking information, AimSecu after-sales service department will check other tracking information such as city, postal code and consignee. Payment will be released if above-mentioned are all correct.

A full refund will be issued when a package is signed by customs, for example, the consignee is Douane (French customs)

SituationBuyer refused to sign for an item 

If an item arrives to the delivery address and the buyer refuses to sign for the item(s) because the shipment was delayed or the package arrived damaged, the AimSecu will be responsible and a return and refund will be processed by exact situation.

If the buyer refuses to sign for the item without any reason, no reasons found by AimSecu after-sales service department or AimSecu after-sales service department didnt get any evidence from the buyer, then the customer will be responsible for paying both the shipping cost and return shipping cost.

SituationTracking information is not complete

When there is no complete delivery information after the promised delivery date and the payment amount is more than US $100, the AimSecu will need to provide evidence, which can prove the package was signed.

A full refund will be issued if the AimSecu fails to provide the necessary evidence or the evidence provided is not valid.

This term can also apply for any agreement regarding sending a replacement.

Situationdelayed shipment

If a valid tracking number is uploaded after the shipping deadline, or the AimSecu provides proof that the correct tracking number was given to the buyer, then AimSecu after-sales service department will commence arbitration to issue a refund or return item according to the actual conditions.

II. Invalid tracking number

If a shipment is missing a tracking number or the tracking number cannot be located on the shipping carriers website after 5/7/10 days (details as the table indicates below) from when the AimSecu provided the tracking No. , then AimSecu after-sales service department can assist in verifying or refunding.

If the AimSecu ships or is preparing to ship the item(s) when AimSecu after-sales service department is still reviewing the case,and no agreement has been reached on this matter between the AimSecu and the buyer,then AimSecu after-sales service department will confirm with the buyer first, and a refund will be issued when buyer does no longer want the item.

II. ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED

SituationItem received has performance and/or quality issues

An item is defined as having performance and/or quality issues if upon receipt it is damaged, defective, or has other issues where the item cannot be used for its intended purpose. It is assumed that these items shall be in good working order and perform as indicated in product description, illustration, and technical specifications of the particular model.

A product is believed to not match quality standards as indicated in the AimSecus item description, Customer must provide clear proof, such as by photo or video, to AimSecus after-sales service department,who will then determine whether a return and refund is warranted. For items that are proven to have serious defects, returning the items may not be necessary.

SituationFake or misstated items

If an item received differs from the product description because it is fake or was falsely misstated, customer must provide clear proof,such as by photo or video,to AimSecus after-sales service department who will then determine if a refund will be issued.

SituationItems that infringe on intellectual property rights (IPR)

If an item received infringes or violates an authorized brand holders intellectual property rights, Customer must provide clear proof, such as by photo or video, to AimSecus after-sales service department who will then determine if a refund will be issued.

III. OTHER REASON RETURNS

If a refund and return is requested on an item for other reasons such as I do not like the itemor I no longer want the item,and the AimSecu agrees to the proposal, the Customer (buyer) will be responsible for paying return shipping and freight fees. Other Reasonreturns must adhere to time limits set by the Merchant.

AimSecu after-sales service department is not involved in Other Reasonreturns such as those listed above unless there is a specific problem or discrepancy with an order between Customer (Buyer) and Merchant (AimSecu) concerning Items Not Received or Not As Described, the after-sales service department will assist in the mediation process.

About Refunds

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

How Refunds Are Issued 

When returning an item you can choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center. The option will default to an AimSecu Gift Card or you can select the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Note: In some cases, you may be offered an "Instant refund" option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process.Instant Refunds are either issued to your credit card or as an AimSecu.com Gift Card balance.Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days.

If your original order was placed using the AimSecu Currency Converter,the refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.

Gift Returns: The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned. For more information about gift refunds, go to Return a Gift.

Late Refunds

You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

AimSecu Exchange & Replacements

You can exchange or replace an item through our after service if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item sold by AimSecu.com and want to replace it with the same item? Is your order missing an item or part and you want a refund or replacement?

You can exchange an item through our after-sales service department if your return item wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the return item isn't subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.

Replacements for Missing Parts or Accessories

If you received an order that is missing an item or parts,you can initiate a refund or replacement from AimSecu.com, depending on how the item was sold or fulfilled:

For items sold by AimSecu.com: Go to Your Orders, locate your item with the missing part,select Return or Replace Items, and choose Standard Refund or Replenishment. 

Note:You can also contact the product's manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.

Exchanges for an Item in Your Cart

This option isn't restricted to specific product categories. The exchange item must be:

·Added in a quantity of one to the Cart

·Shipped and sold by AimSecu.com

·Not an Add-on Item

·Not identical to the item being returned

·Not marked as a gift in your Cart
